A play. One of many from a system I have been working on for years.
Collective Playful Intelligence describes a group's capacity to remain capable of action under uncertainty and to open new solution spaces. It does not arise from methods, models, or moderation. It arises in free play: in embodied, collective improvisation, where hierarchies, roles, and expectations briefly lose their self-evidence.
A single play is a beginning. In a CPI format, many of them interlock — dramaturgically built, scientifically grounded, physically experienced.
The entry point. For teams who want to experience CPI before thinking about it further.
